Duties and Responsibilities: Curriculum developers design, coordinate, procure and develop educational materials, more and more under the states new guidelines, for the classroom. Curriculum developers often times have experience in the classroom teaching students a wide range of subject matters, and bring that experience back to the development. Recently, curriculum developers for the elementary school through high school grades, must apply standards developed by the No Child Left Behind Act, throughout the materials in order to get their publications into schools.
